Feature work continues this week at Dorrance (weather permitting).
Sunday 7/7 @ 9:00am - Meet in parking lot and we'll be working at different points along the black loop; mainly along trails in the ravine with the creek crossings. We'll get a couple Casey's pizzas for lunch.
Work Scope:
- Working on tech features: ladder bridges, drops, creek crossing armoring, and possibly some rock work.
- Hauling treated lumber, decking, and rock to feature sites.
- Special tools needed include cordless drill/impact driver for building wooden structures. T-25 bits for screws. Charge/bring extra batteries. Basic carpentry tools would also be useful (pencil, tape measure, etc).
A loadout of basic club tools (rogue hoes, flat shovels, etc) will be available; enough for ~8 people. Bring your own if you want to.
Bug head nets are recommenced. I'll have DEET bug spray also. Bring plenty of water.

Update From Last Week:
- Installed the last section of french drain to prevent seeps from keeping trails closed.
- Built a large ladder bridge log over.
- Hauled a bunch of heavy things up a big hill in +90F temps.
