This week's build plan for Dorrance:

Tuesday 8/7 at 4:30 pm
- Shaping & compacting berms & rollers. Finishing dirtwork. (Green/Orange dots on map below) Starting East & moving West.

Saturday 8/11 at 9:00 am
- Moving/placing rock, building drops, finishing touches. (Red/Purple dots on map below)

Meeting in the inner parking lot (directions here) by the playground at the times listed above.

We finished benching this weekend and are now building features (rollers, rock gardens, drops, etc) along this section to get it open. We'll need to move boulders from the parking lot pile to staging areas with truck/trailer/skidsteer and then wheelbarrow them into the trail. Hoping for rain early in the week so we can compact rollers/berms. Bug spray recommended and bring plenty of water.

Tools Needed:
- Flat Shovels & Rogue Hoes (will have a few extras to loan out)
- Landscape Rakes and Hand Tampers (for shaping and compacting berms & rollers)
- Wheelbarrows, truck/trailer, skidsteer? (for moving boulders)

Progress Update:

Bench work is finished on the last 40% of the loop. Dirt is piled for rollers & berms and needs to be shaped/compacted (waiting for rain).
