Thread: Group Ride & Cookout - Scott County Park - Wed. 7/24 - 6:00

    Default Group Ride & Cookout - Scott County Park - Wed. 7/24 - 6:00

Come out to Scott County Park on Wed for group ride & cookout. We'll probably have a few different rides going on including one for beginners. As always, if you want to ride your own ride, you can just meet up with the group afterwards.

After the ride, I'll be grilling up some pork-chops to share.

    I'm in.

Curious as to where we plan on meeting up to ride and hang out after? I would suggest the Buffalo Bill Shelter- the one we used for the races and party on Friday of the MWMBF.

The trail goes by near to there also.

I'll be there! Looking forward to it since I can't seem to find much time lately for my bike and I to be together in the woods.

Looks like this is going to be a regular Smorgasbord! Don't forget to bring a lawn chair. We'll just be grilling around the parking lot instead of trying to herd cats into a shelter. We're bringing some extra tables for the food.

Here are directions to the trail head if you need them:

If we don't want to use a shelter what about moving across the street so we have more room for parking?
Does anyone have any tables they can bring?
With as many people as I think we might have would be nice to have a place to set stuff.

Super turnout last night and awesome job by everyone with the post ride drinks and food. I had a great time riding and catching up with fellow FORCers.

Thanks again to all that contributed to the good time, including Mother Nature herself!

    Cheers!

Found: XLoop Glasses with green on them and a red strap attached. Also, a grey Giro helmet. Post up or personal message me if they are yours!

    I second Raul's comment!
