Byke Dood is on the right track...However, there are options where you can get into a house with 5% down and even as little as 3.5% down. Where there's a will, there's a way and the tax credit makes the deal even sweeter! Think about it...You buy a house for $80k, put down $2,800, file for your $8,000 tax credit, pay yourself back $2,800 and use the other $5,200 to buy a sweet bike, some beer and still have some scratch leftover to pimp out your new domicile!!! hey thanks for the advice...i guess i still have some more saving to do before i can do anything, but basicly if i get a few grand together i can probably buy a house then huh? sounds good, hopefully next sping after tax returns and everything i should be sitting good. thanks again for the advice and when i get enough money rounded up maybe i will get ahold of you.
