Decorah is a good training area for going out west- they gots some climbing there.

Last year when me, K-rud and Milky did a day trip up, there a dood on a single speed, fat tire somethin or other that just made me feel like a big lump of crap- he SSSSSMOKED those hills. he had red hair and tattoos- I think is name was Lucifer... I didn't see any horns, but he had a helmet on so, you know, they coulda been there... this guy had leg like I haven't seen locally.

Great job going up to that, Ben. Those doods are a great time, but you gotta know goin in, they CLIMB.
