So 3 out of 4 of us got the wonderful Sylvan Island Poison Ivy from the race with our oldest son's not showing up until Saturday night and took him in today to get some meds for it, way too early in the season for that crap.

Got it on my arms, but not bad. If I didn't get it there, then I would have at Camden. It's part of playing in the woods.

I didn't know the oils lasted through the winter. "Cortaid Poison ivy care" removal scrub works great. It turns two weeks of scrathcing into a couple days. It comes in a blue and green tube. Get it.

I like to use Tecnu skin cleanser after every ride at Sylvan. I swear by the stuff. It's $10 very well spent.
