Thumbs down Trail Day Sunday 11/29/09 9:00am

This might be the last one of the year! So if you are one of those members that keeps saying, someday I'll make it out to help you guy's, this is your chance.
We will be working on the up down trail on the north end of the park. Bring dirt working and clearing tools (yard boss would help). If you need directions or have questions, call me at 309 721 5192. Thanks in advance!

wife-to-be says we're looking at cakes tomorrow at 11am. I'm trying to figure a way to fit this in. May come early. Any GPS coordinates for this log? I haven't been out there yet (I'm a slacker...)

What do you mean by early? This is a BIG LOG and will take some time, we do have another log that we planned on making in to a skinny which is smaller and closer to the parking lot. Call me if you plan on coming early.

once again, family duty must come first. with the wife working on sundays now and teenage kids for sitters, trail day must be put on hold. daddy duties with the youngest son, and at just 5 years old, he's not old enough to put to work on the trails just yet. give him a couple more, he'll be there i'm sure.

sorry for the bail once again, but cannot disrupt the flow of the family circle too often or the roost gets unruly. would like to be there to help, maybe next time.

I'll post another trail day soon (on Sunday) that hopefully more members will be able to attend! Any way thanks to those that came out and those that tried but failed due to family duties (family should always come first).
