At the January membership meeting we will be holding our annual board elections. During this cycle the President, Vice President, Public Relations Manager, Insurance Manager, and Web Director positions are open for nominations.
- President - The President’s duties include organizing and setting the agenda for board and general membership meetings, promoting trails and other land use issues, trail maintenance, race promotion and other responsibilities determined by agreement with the other officers. This position is retained for a 2 year period with elections being held on odd years.
Vice President - Duties include membership issues, fundraising, and other responsibilities determined by agreement with the other officers. The Vice President will also support the duties of the president. This position is retained for a 2 year period with elections being held on odd years.- Secretary - The Secretary’s duties include keeping minutes of the monthly meetings, and other responsibilities by agreement with the other officers. This position is retained for a 2 year period with elections being held on even years.
- Insurance Manager - Responsible for all aspects of club liability and insurance issues, and other responsibilities by agreement with the other officers.
- Public Relations Manager - Responsible for new member promotion, media contacts, press releases, and other responsibilities by agreement with the other officers.
- Web Director - Duties include website maintenance and design, and other responsibilities by agreement with the other officers.

Nominations will be taken until midnight January 6th 2019 to give us time to create ballots before the election on January 7th. If you want to serve in one of these positions know that you will have the support of past and current board members at your disposal if you have any questions.
