Group Ride - Join the Taco Ride! - Wed. 5/29 - 5:35

I think the trails are going to be soggy for a bit, so this week's group ride will be to join the Taco Ride, which I hear is a good time!

Wednesday after work I am inviting everyone to join in a casual ride from Moline to Rapids City. The plan is to leave from the Ben Butterworth Parkway near the Celebration Belle and ride up to the Bridgeview Inn in Rapids City. It's a super FLAT 10 miles each way.

The ride will leave promptly at 5:35. We will take a short break at about the halfway point, Empire Park, to rehydrate and let people catch up.

They have hard and soft shell tacos for a $1.25 and $2.25 bottles of Coors Light.

Invite anyone you know who might enjoy a casual bike ride and eating/drinking.

I can vouch that the Taco Ride is always a great time. SASS and I will be there, and I'll be riding my Xtracycle with a cooler full of cheap yellow beverages for our stop(s) at the half way point.

Great ride...I think we had 42 bikes...I look forward to doing it again, hopefully they don't run out of Taco meat next time!!! Then again let that be motovation to get there sooner :P
