    Default Pre-registration for the SIS8

Is it closed or has it not opened as of yet? Can you still register the day of the race?

Online registration will be up sometime in March. FORC allows onsite registrations for all races and events.

Is it SIS 8 or SIS 9 like the front page banner says? Just wondering because I've lost track from being away so long :(

Hey Fixxer, I've got the same problem and it was the two of us that started the whole thing. I still have the tee shirt with the roman numerals II as the fork of a bike and it's dated 2006 so that would make the first year 2005 so this year would be number 8. Is that what your thinking or are you like me and your memory is going with age?

Anyone know of any mid priced hotels motels near the race site? Can a guy pre-ride the course on Saturday? Looking to make a weekend of it with the wife?

This is a pretty nice place and a short bike path ride to the Island. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
