Be in the know: The Fed made a surprise announcement today that essentially sent mortgage rates plummeting. When the markets open tomorrow, I expect to see the lowest 15 and 30-yr rates ever! So what does this have to do with biking? Nothing really. Just that if you know someone who bought a home earlier this year or who has an existing mortgage > $150k with a rate > 4.50%, have them call me. I'll figure out if I can save them over $100/mo and $40k+ in interest. Yeah. I said $40k. Sometimes even more! Then you can ask them for a shiny new bike for Christmas this year since you gave them them the royal hookup! I always give active FORC members and their referrals at least $250 off of their closing costs. Bigger loans = often, no closing costs. FORC membership has its privileges!
