Working on the wood berm projects this weekend. Meeting at 9:00 am in the upper south parking lot near the salt dome. These kind of projects tend to be more slow going since the work is specialized and as a result don't require as many people. 6-8 people with some carpentry experience would be ideal. All are welcome however and we can find other things to do if we get too many people.
Saturday - 3/21
Continuing work on the laminated berm support beams.
Tools/items to bring:
- Clamps: c-clamps and bar clamps are preferable since they have a higher clamping force. Need at least a 5" jaw opening.
- Impact drivers (have one, one or two more should be enough) Using T25 torx bits, I have a few extras.
- Small battery operated circular saw (not necessary but would make things easier)
- Gloves and old clothes you don't mind getting polyurethane glue on. If it does get on you, it takes ~2 days to wear off of skin.
Sunday - 3/22
Dependant on how much we get done Saturday. Probably the same plan. I'll post an update Saturday.
Wood Delivery - Saturday 3/21 @ 2-3 pm

The decking wood is being delivered to my house in the late afternoon onMondaySaturday. Will need 4-5 extra bodies to unload the 5000lbs of wood.
