I am not trying to make a statement w/ this link. I was just floored by this kid's gift. Supposedly, he wrote the speech himself and he is only 10 1/2! Even b4 this speech; in second grade, he started a petition that the students should have the right to 'wash' their hands instead of using the 'hand sanitizers' if the wanted.
