Mini motorcycles on trails 4/25

There was another incident with them last week. Motorized vehicles are not allowed on the trails. We have been in contact with the Davenport parks department about the issue. They recommend that if they are seen again to report it to the police (they said to use 911, even though it is not an "emergency" as it will be the only way to get a police response). A couple of the bikes look street legal, would be great to get a plate number, even better a picture with the plate in view while on the trail...
There were 2 people riding four wheelers on Jubilee today.
