Starting spring maintenance at Dorrance this Saturday. The most pressing project is repairing armoring at the first creek crossing on Black Loop that has been displaced by recent rains.

Meet in the inner parking lot by the kiosk at 9:00am. I'll have an assortment of tools available (rogue hoes, flat shovels, rakes, etc). Rogue hoes, flat shovels, and wheelbarrows will be the most useful for this kind of work. A pair of mud boots might also be a good idea since we'll be working in the creek bed. After fixing the armoring we'll walk the trails and address issues as we find them.

RSVP here if you think you'll make it out.
