Westbrook Trail Conditions Update

Trail status update from Dave:

Trails are still muddy. 204 is a swamp and 206 is muddy and sand has washed over the return from highway area and the 206 water crossing needs to be completely re routed or rebuilt. About two feet of sand needs to be moved by shoveling.
