Sept 2014 Membership Meeting Agenda
This months meeting is at Sunderbruch Park - Same time (6:30). The board meeting will be happening at the pavilion up until the membership meeting, feel free to get in a quick ride before we start!
1) Review and Approval of August Minutes
2) Trail Reports – Trail Stewards
3) Take a kid Mountain Biking
-Need a few volunteers to help with registration, logistics, and instruction
-Approval to spend money on healthy snacks/drinks for ~30 kids/adults
-SBP pavillion reservation
-Maybe purchase 1-2 pop-ups to use at the event
-Status on helmets to give away
4) Taming of the Slough
5) Storage Shed / Tools / Trailer
6) Merchandise / Jerseys
7) Upcoming Events & General Discussion
