WTB-Fixie Frame, Wheels, parts

My 15 year old son thinks Fixies are cool at the moment and thinks he needs one. He never rides and doubt he will this, but at the same time thought I should take the opportunity to encourage a bike!
That being said would like to just get one in pieces for us to build up together between now and his 16th birthday on July 24th.
Frame/fork and wheels are the main thing. My dad probably has about everything else around his garage.
Condition of frame not matter as i assume we will paint it a custom color.

I have fixie stuff, wheeel set, some frames set ,and various parts.
