If we can't ride around here this weekend, I'm thinking of a road trip. Anyone have some ideas of where to go? And is anyone down for a road trip?

I may have to grow old, but I'll never have to grow up.
I'm with ya man... we're ALL jones'n for dirt.
hook up with PAMBAs facebook page...they're more active there than their forum. Sounds like Farmdale is close, but they're taking rain as I type this.
WPP was a mess as little as a week ago.
I'd *LOVE* to hit BM but I wouldn't anticipate being able to head north or anywhere else in WI in the near future....

St. Louis was in great shape and they even got some rain the day before we got there. We rode Chubb on Saturday and it was AMAZING -- rocky, technical, fun. Later that day we rode Lost Valley (took a while to find the trail head -- probably fitting for the name) and that was fast flowy and some rock. Sunday, we rode Castlewood and that was a lot of fun and reminded me a bit of Sunderbruch but with some rock. Castlewood was more dirt composition than the other two, so even though that was the trail system closest to our hotel, we rode it on the last to give it more time to dry. Castlewood was fun, flowy and in areas had loose rock to challenge. I thought Peoria's trails were still closed. Considering that St. Louis was good, perhaps Landahl, Swope and/or BuRP would be good options.
Have you talked to Mileke or AG? I know they were thinking Landahl next week. Ray is also talking about a trip to Brown County the last weekend in April, trails permitting.
I wanna ride!
Kansas City was good this last weekend. They have live trail status updates on twitter @kctrailsstatus

well that's not gonna happen now. it looks like it rained EVERYWHERE! and I'll probably have to work this weekend after the nuke plant problem.
