Took the cross country skis out for a loop earlier this evening and the snow is still nice and powdery.

The south loop is in prime condition for fat biking with a solid 3" base of snow. Looks like there have been a few fat bikes out already. The steep climb by the sledding hill was not packed and there was quite a bit of ice under the snow towards the bottom so take it easy here.

The north loop looks largely untouched by hikers and I didn't see any bike tracks on the upper portion.

The blowing snow tonight will probably create some drifts across the trails on the wind facing slopes so conditions might deteriorate a bit by tomorrow.
