Anyone want to buy my Giant STP for the trip? I'll let it go for only $450.

Yes, whoever is organizing a ride and would like to have people join should have some details or approximations in place. Who is driving? Where and when are you meeting to leave? Day trip only?

    I'm in.

I'll drive my soob. Room for 3 other peeps and 2 bikes (I'll be renting and suggest most do as well).

Leave my place (west Davenport) no later than 7am. Day trip, so whoever is with me will be back that night.

    Boom.

The reason I posted it so early was to see how many, so that we can work out all of those little details. I can drive but would prefer to be a passenger this time. I am renting. If Russ is driving I call shot gun!

i can drive. I'm planning on taking my DJ and my Stump Jumper. I can get Shane and two others. If you want to ride with me it'll cost ya $10 gas and you gotta meet at my place. I live in Rapids City up the hill from The Edge, our taco ride place. I want to leave no later than 8:00 am. Plan on riding from about 10:30 to around 3:00. You will be worn out by then. on the way out, we'll stop for dinner and get back to my place around 6:30 or 7:00. hope we get a huge turnout...

You gonna make it to Milwaukee in 2.5 hours?!

    deeZAM!

    ;-)

that's why I wanted to leave *my* place at 7--to get up there by 10:30-ish and ride until we can't ride anymore......which typically ends up being sometime around 3-4-ish.

    Gonna be fun........

My truck is full. We may not make it in 2-1/2 hours, but we can try. Lets leave my place about 7:00.

Looks like a good weekend to go up unless you have one of those fat bike things...may be some stompin happening.

Russ is there room for my bike? I'm thinking of taking the anthem or maybe my standard but am wondering whether a bmx might not be enough for their log rides, etc. let me know if theres space.

There should be room. That would be four bikes. I wouldn't recommend a bmx unless you love the big jumps.
