Hi ladies! We will be enjoying a ladies ride at Sunderbruch Park tomorrow night (Tuesday, May 12, 2009) after work for anyone interested. The first lap will be a casual roll through the woods and will not include any Black Diamond trails just to get a nice warm-up and see how everyone does. The second lap will be dependent upon how the first lap goes and who we have riding in our group. If we have more beginners, we will stick to the Greens and Blues on lap #2. Lap 3 will be a faster pace and will incorporate the Blacks including LT and Palos. Join us!

Meet in the SBP parking lot at 5:15 PM. Plan to ride sometime shortly thereafter.
