Default Memorial service for Flynn Schultz on Friday 9-6-13 Coal Valley 4-8 PM

For those who were unaware, Flynn Schultz passed away over the weekend. Anyone who knew him can attest to his passion for running, mtn biking and adventure racing. Our world is much less bright without Flynn in it. His positive spirit and passion for living were remarkable. A memorial service is being held at his parent's place this Friday (9-6-13) from 4-8 PM. 8325 - 55th Street, Coal Valley, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity Flynn held near and dear to his heart -- the Wounded Warrior Project.

Very sad news. It is still very surreal to me.

Be sure to think about the gift we all have and take full advantage of every second you have to get out and enjoy being alive. I know he will be in my thoughts if I ever find myself hurting and not wanting to push on. He was a great guy.

"Every one of you should ride a bike and be yourself. I really and truly believe that bikes make the world better, and that anyone who spends some time getting used to life on the saddle will find that it makes their life and the world that their life is locked to, better; in almost every way." -Gern Blanston, Surly Bikes

    I'm still in shock.

I didn't know Flynn well but what I did know of him makes it harder to accept the circumstances.

Gonna try to be at the service.

He had a great article in the QC Times. He sounded like an incredible guy with a great spirit. The good ones always go to young.
    Doesn't ride well with Roadies!
