    Default The Rock Sports Complex

    Whoever is interested,
There is a carload of us heading up to Milwaukee on Friday to do some shredding on the downhill trails. We are leaving from Davenport by 6:30 in the morning, going to ride both the morning and afternoon sessions and then make our way back home. The morning session is from 10am -2:45 pm, and the afternoon session is from 3:15 - 8:00 and they are $20 each session. Get another car load together and come experience some lift assisted, gravity oriented trails. Kings and I have been there before so if you have any questions, let us know. You can find some videos of the trails on Youtube and also on their facebook page to see what they are like.

    Gravity assisted.

The only chair lift bike trails within 10 hours of us.

Pretty sure people aren't going there to climb. Plenty of roads, gravels, and LT's around to do your climbing!

    We're craving some downhill!!!

I normally need just a week advance notice but we just got slammed at work so I won't be doing a Friday trip any time soon.

In all seriousness, looks like a blast. I'd love to go, but something about work.

I went the weekend after they opened, super fun!! And no you don't need a full face helmet, it is a bit gravelly in spots, did wipe on double black run and took some skin off my elbow and forearm, probably wear ls jersey and maybe knee pads next time? Would love to go up with a group from around here, maybe a weekend day in September?

I second that you do not need a full face helmet. They are available for rent for $10 if you feel you want one. I wore my knee and elbow pads just in case, but luckily stayed on the bike so didn't put them to the test.

Trying to see if I can fit it in my schedule I'm up in Janesville already. Would be easy to swing over.
