Illiniwek Season Opener???
Just wondering if anyone has been out to Illiniwek to check out the trails? Are they anywhere near dry and has the wooden "trails closed" sign been taken down by the rangers yet? This might be our best resort if Sylvan remains closed for an extended period

The trails are drying nicely and there have been a few days that they could have been open already this season before the last rain event. I sent the rangers a message recommending opening them this weekend after we get some of the downed trees cleaned up. I'm waiting for the reply and should know shortly.
Im from EastMo and was thinking this makes Illiniwek even more important since it will be the only option in IL for the time being.

Im with you all on this one with Sylvan Closing soon :( but Scott most likely wont be open for a while this is the only trail that i know of that we all could ride after sylvan closes.
