Trailwork: Illiniwek - Sunday 11 Nov. @ 10AM

What: Trail work
Where: Illiniwek (see this map)
When: Sunday November, 11 from 10AM to 2PM
Why: To improve the quality of the trails and reduce the amount of future maintenance they will require.

We will need dirt working tools (flat shovels and rogue hoes). I have enough tools for 6-8 people but bring your own if you have them. Wear study shoes or boots that have good ankle support and traction (lots of slippery leaves on the trails now), long sleeves and pants, and eye protection is also a good idea.

It looks like rain is forecast for this weekend so keep an eye on this thread for possible delays or cancellations.

This event is going to be postponed until next weekend due to the forecast heavy rain throughout the day tomorrow. Plan on meeting at the same time (10am) on Sunday Nov. 18th.
