How would I get some rippling biceps working on department store bikes if I had one of these?

omg lol, a hoist for bikes now..... Im perfectly happy flipping mine upside down and sitting in a chair to work on it or using my little stand that puts the rear wheel off the ground. Thing being its faster just to pick it up then wait for the lift lol.

A Topeak Flash Stand? Those are amazing for quick repairs at a trail head.
