It doesn't look like it, but this cross is pretty well hidden from the main trail, Holy Cross

I rode part of a trail that is harder than I am good. the result was crash landing into a tree which gave me that stick in the arm about an inch deep.
I may have to grow old, but I'll never have to grow up.

OWWW.......I just watched that for the first time... glad you came outta that with not too much more than a hole in the arm, hopefully that is going to be ok.

To clarify - the video I posted is not from the stick in the arm (but Ray did get a cactus in the leg in addition to his self WebMD diagnosed colar bone "issue"). I think jimithng23 has Russ' stick in the arm video.

sorry dude. the video and pics are of the aftermath. i pulled the stick out before i could get to thinking about it too much. it was making me queasy. Uh, I mean, that stick wasn't sh!t. I hardly knew it was there.
