If one was so inclined to go riding today at around 4:00, would those who keep a pretty good eye on the Island feel that it'll be ready for bikes? Debating on whether or not I'm going to pack a bag and bike before heading to work...

I would say more likely than not it will be OK by 4. If so, I'll be there also.
Anyone know exactly how much rain we had yesterday/ last night?
Edit: National weather service shows Rock Island/ Moline received less than .25 and at least .10 of an inch. That's not much considering how dry it has been.
