The time has come.

I'm moving on to a new project and need to make room in the garage (as well as the bank account). So, my beloved Ellsworth Evolve must go.

At Fruita:

At Copper Harbor:

At Levis Trow:

I bought the frame as a complete bike in April 2009. I'm selling the frame, fork, front der, and headset together.

I'll save the sales pitch since I've ridden with most of you here. You've seen the bike. Nothing I say here will sway your opinion one way or the other.

If you're interested, I will consider selling the bike as a complete build. Scroll down for the full component list.

At Moab:

*fully built with Crank Brothers egg beater pedals, the bike comes in at 28.8 pounds. Some lighter tires and a few tweaks here and there and you can get this thing under 27 pounds easy.

*note on the wheelset - Built by Mike Curiak (Big Wheel Building) and setup with Stans yellow rim tape for ease of tubeless setup. I've had the wheels since spring of 2010 and have put them through the ringer - Moab, Fruita, Grand Junction, Landahl, Burp, Copper Harbor, Levis Trow, Blue Mound (multiple times) and they are as true as the day I got 'em. They're strong, lively, and built very, very well.

*I had the drivetrain setup for 2x9 and never found myself wishing for a smaller gear. If you're looking for the standard 3x9 setup I have a brand new triple ring set from Race Face for you.

*Entire rear brake system was replaced last August - lever, hose, and caliper - by Healthy Habits under warranty. Also have a set of brake pads and a 185mm Avid G2 rotor for you, both never used.

*Don't like carbon handlebars? I've got the original Truvativ aluminum bar if you'd like it.

*If you don't care for Ergon grips (they're not for everyone) I've got a set of OURY lockons with blue Ellsworth anodized collars. I love the OURY grips, never had a problem with them. I swapped the Ergons on to see if I'd like 'em or not. Your choice.

*Pedal choice is yours. I ride Crank Bros. egg beaters. I don't have 'em included in the build list, but I'll throw 'em in if you so desire.

This bike climbs the technical stuff very well. The rear end just glues to the ground.

Only reason I'm selling - I want something bigger.

I've got well over 5....well, save that for a private conversation, in case my wife is reading this.

Questions? Offers? PM me and we'll talk.

You want the whole bike?

It's yours for $3800
