Gonna be below freezing Friday night. Hoping ground will firm up enough between more dry, warmer weather next couple days to be sweet for riding. Gonna debut the new 29er!

Oh Becky it don't need to be freezing. It'll be good to ride either way. It was nice today! But the forecast is for mixed precip Saturday so hopefully you don't get rained out!

Glad to hear that it was decent today. I walked Bella there Monday night and even staying on the main perimeter path, it was really mushy in places. Saw the precip chance for Saturday, hoping it stays away or at least waits long enough for me to ride an hour or two.

Sorry. I bought a new bike, thus the "new bike weather." Of course, usually new bike weather isn't sunny and warm.

Gringo, I know you are going to be up late Friday night, but keep in mind our ride Saturday morning. Things will still be rideable at 9 but the temps will eventually mush things up. If it's dry in the morning but it looks like rain is coming, I may go a bit earlier than 9. Gonna play it by ear depending on the beat Mother Nature lays down.

Not sure. Sometime in the morning. Only other plan is to hit the motorcycle swapmeet at the RI Expo center around Noon and then find some Super Bowl fun. Name a time...

Rats! Looks like the weather guys and Don Woodford were correct. Precipitation. Glad I rode this morning. If it's slimy Saturday from the rain, I'm out.
