Halloween Parade 2011

*As discussed at the last meeting FORC will be part of this years Halloween Parade. *We will be 15 th on the list and lining up between Persing and Iowa on 3rd St. after 5:45 pm. *There is no over all theme this year (not that I can remember following one in past years) but they do encourage every one to put on a costume. This has always been a blast in past years and we always are well represented. FORC will be providing the candy and we usually meet at GRB for one before the start.*

*I hope to see some new faces this year.*
