    What changes do you make to your bike for winter riding?

    I run about 8 to 12 lbs in the rear tire, and I shift down a lot! This is on a tire with a decent sidewall and a tube (Conti Mounain Kings-not UST, just tubeless ready) Other than that- I've always just put on heavy boots and gloves and headed out.

    This year I've changed a few things though. Bought a pugsley. Hope to see you out there!

    Believe in yourself? Well sure, of course. But be aware that "believing in myself" has been the root cause of most of my injuries.
