As anticipated, Friday night ride was a solo success. I must say the trails were sweet to ride at night. The leaf covered trails added another layer of challenge. I think, at one point, i heard banjos playing in the far end of LT, so that helped me plug along. Blue Mounds trail is especially difficult with one lonely light, and i had to put a foot down in one spot, almost crashed on the rock garden, and missed the trail almost hitting a tree. great ride.

It wasn't quite a solo success, but if i said i rode, i'd be stretching the truth at least a little bit. (my light which i purchased the same day and didn't have time to charge, lasted approximately 15 minutes :-/ )
    Jamis Dakar XAM I 2010

Why can't all the trails just go downhill?
