Sunday Trifecta cancelled due to rain and wet trails, Tour De Brew takes its place!

Sadly, Mother Nature is teaming with the roadies this week and that's Ok since they have a Crit on Monday in Rock Island. The rain has made our trails too wet to ride, so what to do, what to do? Ah ha!

Time for a Tour de Brew!!!!

When? Sunday, May 29, 2011.

This schedule is loose and subject to revision and dependent upon dry weather (I will try to post as we are on the ride to give you an idea of our progress):

• Meet at Front Street Brewery at Noon, have a beer, lunch, whatever.
• Leave Front Street at 1/1:30, enjoy a beer at Great River (did you know they tapped a new one on Thursday? A Kolsch... mmmm mmm mmmm!).
• Leave GR around 2:15/2:30, ride across arsenal bridge (make sure you have a helmet on and a photo ID -- preferrably yours -- on hand), arrive at Cabannas.
• Have a beer on the patio at Cabannas.
• Leave Cabannas around 3:30, ride to Bent River Brewery. Enjoy a $4.50 mug at Bent. Decide from there if we want to go anywhere else or hang out and have an appetizer.
• Back to Front Street

Who is in??!! This event will be cancelled in the event of rain.

Whatever you want. Some people will want to urban-it with a mtn bike. I'm gonna ride my single speed commuter.
