Hennepin Canal? Sounds interesting, but where is it and what kind of path? Does anyone have any plans on riding this in the near future?
Hennepin Canal starts in Colona (next to Dairy Queen) and goes East past Geneseo. I'm not sure how far it goes, but I know it's longer than I can ride in a day. I'm not the century type. It's mostly ruff pavement with some areas of hard packed crushed limestone or something.
There are a lot of turtles, ducks, muskrats, and frogs along the way in the summer time.
I may have to grow old, but I'll never have to grow up.
