gearing help

looking to build another carbon race bike and was wondering what everyone is thinking about the 2x10 and what gear sets should i get for the front and back. any help would be great thanks kyle

how strong are you ? for Sylvan you will want a 53-11 for big ring and a 36-16 small and a really good front derailer to make that change ;)
