I compared it with the IMBA's suggested Basic First Aid Kit and although it's not perfect, I consider it close enough. It's a good starter kit and has room to add. Plus it comes in a cool fanny pack!!! Can't beat that! Oh, and some of the proceeds goes to national parks too.
