    Thumbs up Terry Bicycles -- AWESOME product / customer service, Bexter's testimonial

    If you know me at all, you know that I swear by Terry women's specific saddles. I have either the Terry Butterfly or the women's specific Selle Italia on all my bikes (I have 5 bikes). Get this! The cover of one of my Terry saddles pulled free from the sides of the seat. I sent an email today to Terry Bicycles with a picture attached of the saddle problem and within minutes, I received an email back with an address where to send my saddle for replacement -- free of charge! I'm not kidding! Talk about awesome support (and normally an awesome product -- just so happens that this one had a bit of a problem)! Thought I'd pass the info along...
