    Default 2010 Blockhouse Roll 2010 XC Race SATURDAY 2nd, Downhill Sunday

    Just wanted to start a fresh thread with correct year and dates. You can see race flyer here http://www.chainreactioncycling.org/joomla/

    Let's make travel plans for this event.

    I would be up for going Friday after 5pm or Saturday Morning.

    I would prefer to let someone else drive but could take my car and trailer which would accommodate me plus three. Would leave from Port Byron.

    I'm in for sure. I know also Keith and Bruce Nelson are planning on it. I would recommend camping Saturday night not Friday. I'm up for what ever at this point.

    Steve I would be happy to set up a tent for you assuming you still have that heater you can bring along! And by heater everyone I mean a small gas fired appliance.

    With a low of 35 forecasted for Saturday night, I'm pretty sure I'll have the heater with me!

    I can vouch for his.... tent... and its snuggability with cold temperatures. Needs a vent, though.

    All right so who is in?

    AG, Steve, and I plan on leaving Saturday morning by 8am to get there in time to do the Sport Race. We are also planning to camp that night.

    So please post up if you are wanting to go and camp.

    Someone who is NOT camping should take up the coordination of that group(if such a delegation exits).

    I was thinking about going to the Blockhouse Roll but Sun. is the race down in McComb. Since it is their first race I thought I would go down there and check it out.
