Aftermarket: XT wheelset (tubeless), Thompson seatpost, Continental Explorer UST tires

And I'll throw in an xtr rear der, xtr dual control shifters and a set of avid bb7 mechanical disc brakes!! All you need is cables (unless I get to it) and a seat!
