    Wink trail safety

On my last ride at Scott County Park, I noticed a few safety items. About 3.5 miles in from the south loop there is a stump cut off about a foot tall. This is only a 3" diameter tree stump. It looks to me like it's begging someone to fall on it. I saw this in a couple other areas too. I don't understand why they would be cut off so high. Also there are a couple of trees that have caution tape around them. Just a suggestion, it would be much more visible if about two feet hung down. That way if someone is looking down, they still have a chance of seeing it.

BTW the south loop is awsome.

Thanks for the info. I took out a few short stumps this morning before the rain. We will continue to to do our best to keep the trails safe.
