Where is the web site to get the season race license required for all Homegrown series races and Cyclocross races????

Their is not a license requirement for the Homegrown Race Series. Since the FORC races are sanctioned by USA Cycling, our races do. The good news is that the Novice (Cat 3) and Sport (Cat 2) divisions are one-day, no cost forms you'll sign the day of the race. Expert (Cat 1) racers collecting USAC points will need to have an annual USAC License.

Cyclocross races are similar, one day licenses are available for novice (Cat 3). I'm not sure if Cat 2 and/or Masters have a one-day available or not.
