The Quad Cities Transportation Advocacy Group (QC TAG) is hosting
Alternative Transportation for the Future, a public input forum at the Rock
Island Library on Thursday, March 18 from 6:30-8pm.

Every five years, the Quad City Area updates the Quad Cities Long Range
Transportation Plan. The update process reflects on changes in our
transportation system and solicits input on what is needed in the future.
Bi-State Regional Commission hosted two public input forums in February,
2010.
Alternative Transportation for the Future provides another opportunity for
the public to participate in the planning process. The forum will focus on
transit services and bicycle and pedestrian facilities/capacities. QC TAG
will gather input from the forum and present Bi-State with responses.
The forum is free and open to the public.
