Mike Wolfe antique show - Premier Capital Theatre in Davenport Monday night 1/18/10

Mike Wolfe (used to have a bike shop in Eldridge, then Village of East Davenport) now has a new show on the history channel called "American Pickers" that is about finding antiques in odd places. Apparently he started with digging up old bikes & parts. The show's premier is Monday, and the Capitol Theatre in downtown Davenport is showing it Monday night on the big screen (FREE). Cash bar will be open :-) (doors open @ 7pm, show starts @ 8pm). The Schaars plan on going.

i thought he looked really familiar. they must have a place here in town still as his brother was only a phone call and a few hours away for the quick pick up....

His shop is in Leclaire and that carnival ride was in IL. about ten miles past IBP on Highway 92.
