    Default Mustard Bug

Picked this up out of an ag newletter. Could be a nice alternative to pulling by hand...

A worthy opponent has been discovered for the invasive garlic mustard, a native European plant that has infested forests in at least 34 states. A team of scientists searched for insects that pose the biggest threat to the mustard and found a weevil, Ceutorhynchus scrobicollis, that feeds on the roots, cuts off water and nutrients to the rest of the plant and chews up the plant’s new-growth area.

I agree, about 500 years ago the spaniards brought horses to north america and look where that has gotten us. Talk about yer invasive species, Sheesh!

Believe in yourself? Well sure, of course. But be aware that "believing in myself" has been the root cause of most of my injuries.
