Canon Loop - rating discrepancy?

I visited Scott Co Park trails for the first time this weekend and I noticed what appears to be a discrepancy on the trail rating on Canon Loop. Specifically, the trail sign at the Canon Loop trailhead is blue (intermediate) but on the FORC website (and Trailforks) it shows it as black (expert black diamond). After riding it, it definitely feels like a black trail with high difficulty. In fact, it was much more difficult than the double black diamond Area 51 trail. But mainly, I was wondering if the trail sign needs updated or why there is a difference there. Thanks! My apologies if I am incorrect on this, but I thought I'd ask.

The white signs along the trails at SCP are just for directional guidance. The thin arrows show the shortest route, the thicker arrows lead you to additional mileage. The difficulty of each trail is as shown on the map and website(s). Thanks for asking, enjoy the ride!

Ok, thanks. I guess I mistook the blue lettering on the sign as a difficulty designation, lol. Isn't there an actual difficulty sign / symbol on most of the trail systems in the area? At any rate, that Canon Loop is challenging!
