New Year's Day Ride - 1 PM at Sylvan Island
People have been askin'... so let's plan something. Everyplace is squishy, and today's rain won't help that, so I suspect our safest bet will be Sylvan Island for Sunday. Let's make it a date! Bikes, trails, friends. See you there!

It's finally going to be snowboarding weather and your planning a bike ride? Anyhow when your done with the ride come out to Snowstar for cheap lift tickets. Anna & I will be there.

I'm chomping at the bit to snowboard, too! In fact, my snowboard is in my living room. I think I've heard it whimp a few times because it wants to go outside... or maybe that's the dog. Heck YEA! What better way to start the new year? It is windy and chilly, but the trees will block the wind fairly well, and a couple layers and ear coverings will keep you warm. I plan to be there at 12:30.

Got there at 12:30. I made it until nearly 2 and would have kept riding but my toes were about to fall off.
There was a BUNCH of peeps on the trail today!

Same here. Janel and I rode for about an hour and the wind started to penetrate to my hot sweaty body! Had to leave, we were turning into a icicles.
