Question Trail conditions for the fest.

I'm not familiar with the area. Is Scott Co park the only trail in the area open right now and for the fest? Are there other trail systems in area involved with the fest.
    Thanks

We've been getting some rain over the last week or so, so all our trail systems are closed as of right now. HOWEVER, for the fest, they should all be open. If you want information regarding our trail systems, click on the "Our Trails" link above.

I wasn't sure if, at all, flood waters had any affect on your trails. Seen a lot of news about flooding along the Mississippi.
    Thanks for the quick reply.

Flooding has come and gone in the Quad Cities, river levels are normal here.

Just out on the trails and I got to say they are fantastic!!!!!! They still may say closed but no worries, we will be riding Friday. We did not get any rain the last 3 days!!!
You'd understand if you know what I was talking about.

Great to hear! We've had rain this entire week in Nevada. I'm very glad it didn't make it's way to the Quad Cities!

I was ready to open the trails at Sunderbruch later this afternoon but this morning we started getting that light rain/mist crap.

Looking at the radar and the current forecast, it looks as if we're going to be alright as far as the weather is concerned.

Everyone keep all their limbs and digits crossed to keep the rain away!

By the way: A few of us will be out there starting tomorrow, and we will be posting updates on the trail conditions as needed. I would expect that each trail crew will be doing the same.

Just got back from Illiniwek and the trails are in good condition considering the weather we've had the last week or so. Took the big hair dry from B&B over in an attempt to try and dry things out, most areas are in good to tacky shape with a few soft spot on the new south end trail. Boy does that thing clean a trail, no more leafs , sticks, or standing water! But over all and with out any big rain events the trail should be in good shape by Saturday morning.

As of Tuesday 90% of the trails were rideable. We got maybe a trace of rain yesterday and a big ass oak limb that fell on one section of trail ( which I'm sure will be gone by this morning). We good.

Sylvan Island will be good for sure too.

Does anyone know if there is still going to be a night ride tonight? If so does anyone have a hemlet mount for a Cygolight Expilion?
