    Default Who needs studded tires?

This was just posted in the LAMBA forum - not sure if anyone has seen this yet or not - http://www.dutchbikeco.com/_blog/Dut..._Snowpocalypse

Debating whether or not to try it with my pugsley. Wonder how long the zip-ties last on the dry pavement when the snow/ice clears.

Yeah - and then you lose all your traction when you cut them off to change the tire, unless of course you keep extra zip ties and reinstall them before taking off again
